I am writing this letter to apply for the post of Career Opportunity as Administration Officer
assignment with FHI 360. After I had read the job description I felt the range of relevant skills I
possess rightly match your requirements for the post.

I currently hold a bachelor’s degree in Communication Science and have Certificate of Competence
Junior Public Relation Officer from Indonesian Public Relations Certification Agency. I have work
experience at International Company subsidiary in Indonesia as their HR & Admin Officer with 4 year
experience, I was mainly responsible for managing and coordinating the planning and execution of
assigned projects, ensuring that all projects were completed within budget and in a timely manner.
On top of that, I:

- Collected and analyzed business data, worked closely with various teams and departments,
and assisted Senior Project Managers in any duties as required.
- Developed and implemented detailed project work plans, trained and supervised new
personnel, produced weekly status reports, and presented results to executives.
- Stayed up-to-date with current industry laws and regulations and worked on the
improvement of all daily business operations.

My ambition and career goals regard being a part of the work of the NGO company that engaged in
the welfare of women, children and the environment, i have a deep interest on social activity, Since
college i have a lot of charity and volunteer work at disaster location such as floods, landslide and
earthquake. Beside i really interested in Gender Issues i even participate in international conference
and have Certificate as Presenter of International Conference on Feminism: Intersecting Identities,
Agency and Politics on 2016.

I am trained in all the relevant aspects of communications skill. I am confident that I can translate my
theoretical training and knowledge into a practical environment. I am capable of planning,
coordinating, leading and organising tasks.

I’m sure to do well in teams and also have good interpersonal skills and communication ability that
will aid me in developing a good relation with my colleagues, I possess excellent organizational skills
and I have the ability to manage my time wisely. I am self-motivated, hard working and I take
responsibility for my performance. I am confident that I have the experience and skills needed to be
a great asset to your organization and I am looking forward to meeting with soon to discuss this
position in more detail. I have enclosed a resume along with this letter that throws light on my
