Q .1 Management of men is a challenging job. Explain! (10)

Ans: The management of men is a very consequential and arduous job because of the dynamic
and divergent nature of people. Every human being possesses disproportionate frames of mind,
Heritage, etiquette and expertise. And that makes is very difficult to create a sense of proximity
among all the employees’ for the sake of smooth and successful company operations. Unlike
machines, people are reactive and therefore they require diplomatic/prudent maneuver by the
management. To properly utilize the manpower in order to achieve the optimum results and
maximum employee satisfaction is the most crucial job for the management.
Adequate Human resource management is responsible for tackling the diversity within
organization by retaining the staff and perpetuating an overall lofty level of performance. A
receptive human resource management system can help make ascertain the needs, duties and
feedback of the staff. They ensure that the staff feels valued provides them the opportunities and
grasp and grow on the job.
Managing men is challenging and requires certain functions and activities to maximize
organizational and employee effectiveness and to overcome these challenges, the HR managers
must be familiar with the new trends and techniques. Better payments, bonuses, appraisals,
pension policies, health benefits, incentives and rewards are offered to the employees for their
retention and to achieve the goals of the organization.

these skills are already strengths of yours? Which would you like to develop?
Ans) A dedicated human resource management department is the backbone of a successful
business. Eminent HR managers generate a secure, efficient workplace by stabilizing the
business needs with employee demands. For a business to thrive, an HR manager must possess
the following indispensable skills,
 Communication: It is the most important skill for a successful HR career. An HR person
must possess excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in order to effectively
oversee their daily tasks.

My strength is good commutation and Conflict Management. Being the Cr of the class I
polished this strength by fulfilling the communication Gap between Students and
teachers. I would like to develop commitment and patience. I lack consistency which
makes me impatient.
