SDN 08 Goes to TMII

Billiang in and beyond indonesia. Here, the students looked happier as we went to our last destination, Museum Serangga and Taman Kupu Kupu (Insects Museum and Butterfly Garden). Museum Serangga dan Taman Kupu Kupu was our last destination, we gathered all of the students to made a line and made their own way inside. On their way inside, they were fascinated with all the butterflies and insects, it has about 600 kind of insects including butterflies, grasshopper and more. While the students were busy writing the vocabulary we asked, we took some photo there for our journal. After wandering around for about 4-5 hours in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. As we took a break to have our prepared meal, we also gave a surprise to celebrate one of the students birthday. Before we went back we gave away souvenirs for the students.

27 November 2013 was the day we went to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) known as Beatiful Indonesia Miniature Park with some of the students of SDN 08 Pagi, Kebayoran. The goal was to make every students know exactly about indonesia culture like the traditional houses, arts, customs, etc. We asked them to write every vocabulary that they did not understand and we will explain to them later. First, we went to SDN 08 Pagi Kebayoran at 6 A.M, because we were stuck in traffic we arrived an hour late. We were having fun on our way to TMII, we can saw their expressions, every student was excited about the trip they were smiling from ear to ear. After a couple hours or so, we arrived at TMII. We asked the students to stand in a line and we introduced to the surrounding places. We traveled to every miniatures, like Jambi, Bengkulu and many more, they looked very surprise on how all this culture could be encapsulated in one place, and they enjoyed every single trip until the last miniature we visited. After visiting the Indonesias culture miniatures, we went to Museum Air Tawar, there was a place like a river nearby that had a very stunning sight-seeing. In Museum Air Tawar they looked very interested with every creature they saw in there. There were approximately 126 kind of creatures that lived
