Taxing the rich may be the solution to solve the troubles that our economy is now facing. Outline: Introduction: The background context, Big Idea(s), and specific thesis statement -By not taxing the highest-income households, deficit reduction relies too heavily on spending cuts that harm low-and middle-income Americans. -Taxation of Rich &Wealth Distribution -There have been many polls that show that people favor higher taxes to reduce the deficit because its good economics.
