The

aim of primary school education is to ensure an overall, balanced and integrated development of an individuals potential which includes the intellectual, spiritual, emotional and physical aspects so as to produce balanced and harmonious with high moral standards.

 The

basic principles of ICPS is based on the National Philosophy of Malaysian Education as follows: an integrated approach; individual holistic development; equal education for all; life long education.

 The

USSR was a transformation of education, the process of doing a form of holistic changes to the existing school curriculum that involves changes in form, organization, content, pedagogy, time allocation, assessment methods, materials and curriculum management in schools.

 First:

Content Standards that refer to specific statements about what students should know and can do in a school term that encompasses the knowledge, skills and values.

 Second:

The Standard of Learning is a determination of the criteria or indicators of quality of learning and achievement can be measured for each content standard. So, it is hoped that the implementation of the USSR was able to renew the existing curriculum and make it relevant to current educational needs.
