Canada on the World Stage

As youve learned... during the final months of the war, known as the Les Cents Jours du Canada, Canadas offensives were among the most successful of all the Allied forces. As a result of successes throughout the war, Prime Minister Borden fought hard for Canada to have its own seat at the Paris Peace Conference and be included among the leaders who signed the Treaty of Versailles. Borden also fought hard for Canada to become a member of the League of Nations.
