Re: Colorado’s Paradigm Energy and Water Option
Dear Co-Chairman Stulp and Co-Chairman Sherman:
The enclosed letter, White Paper, and news article describe how the Central Colorado Project,
(CCP) provides a paradigm breakthrough for correcting Colorado's escalating water and farm
crisis.
I respectfully request forty minutes to brief and discuss CCP’s unprecedented near and long-term
capabilities for Colorado and the Southwestern Region during one of your early South Platte
Task Force meetings. My briefing will include an outline of emergency legislation to quickly
evaluate and implement Colorado’s limited and threatened options for future droughts, growth,
and climate change needs.
Thank you.
sincerely, Tl
