Cable Centralisers

J-Tube Seals are used to seal the gap between the inside of the J-tube and the riser. The inside of the J-Tube is often flooded with water into which corrosion inhibitors have been added and to be effective this needs to be sealed in. Pipeline Engineering produces both diverless and diver installed J-Tube seals. Diverless J-Tube seals are preinstalled prior to deployment and pulled into position as the riser is raised through the J-Tube during installation. Diver installed J-Tube seals are often retrofitted and feature diver activated seals. n both cases high performance polyurethane is used for the sealing surface and seal assembly.
