Hernia is a protrusion of a viscus through an abnormal opening in the wall of a cavity in which it is a contained. Incarcerated (irreducible) hernia: The protruding viscus cannot be returned to the abdomen.

Physical examination includes vital signs, fluid state, and distended peritoneal irritation signs and inspections incarcerated hernia.

Laboratory test The most common radiologic modalities include ultrasonography (US), computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

This is usually caused by the contents of the bag attachment to the peritoneal pouch hernia. Can also occur due to a narrow neck with rigid edges (eg on: femoral, umbilical). Hernia ireponibel have a greater risk

If the patient is not in a state of septic shock
