Executive Summary Main purpose of internship to have a practical experience. This report consist of five chapters.

Each chapter tells about Dubai Islamic Bank. It provide to get a practical experience and give the inner view of the organization. In this report first chapter based on the brief introduction of host organization and vision and mission statement of Dubai Islamic Bank. Second chapter based on nature of the organization this chapter tell about retail and corporate banking. After analyzing third chapter marketing strategy and SWOT analysis give the complete scenario of that organization. Fourth chapter tells my experience at this organization and fifth chapter based on conclusion and recommendations.
