ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Pass in SPM with 5 Bs in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics/ Additional Mathematics, and another subjects OR Pass in O Levels with 5 Bs in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics/ Additional Mathemematics, and another subjects AND credit in Bahasa Melayu & English OR Pass in Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with B4 each in 4 subjects i.e Biology, Chemistry, Physics, (or Mathematics/Additional Mathematics) and another subject AND credit in Bahasa Melayu & English AND In addition, all applicants except those with a degree qualification in arts or humanities shall have passed and attained a minimum of the following at: Pass in STPM with grade BBB, ABC or AAC in 3 subjects i.e Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics OR Pass in A Levels with with grade BBB, ABC or AAC in 3 subjects i.e Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics OR Pass in Matriculation/Foundation in Science of Pre-Medical Course with GPA 3.0 (out of 4.0) each in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics
*Provided the course is not less than 1 year in the same institution and accredited and the minimum entry qualification is 5 Bs each in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics (or Additional Mathematics) and another subject at School Certificate level or its equivalent.

OR Pass in Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with B4 each in 5 subjects i.e Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Additional Mathematics
