IEP or 504 plan

Non-Embedded Breaks, English Dictionary, Scratch Paper, Thesaurus Who determines appropriateness? Tools are available to all students. No determination necessary. What documentation is needed? None is needed to justify use of embedded or nonembedded tools. Embedded tools will become active when appropriate.

Who determines appropriateness? Informed Adults (p. 9 of UAA) An SST team may be an appropriate group. What documentation is needed? No paperwork needed to justify, but SST paperwork outlining specific supports is recommended.
