    Carl,

    This is a follow-up to our phone conversation about the ((home depot type" drainage piping that outfalls into the Jacob
    ditch. Can you please give me the contact information for the Pipeline company that installed the pipes. I would like to
    tell them that the drainage needs to be removed. As stated, If I can't get any action on this item from them, I will
    remove the piping when I clean the ditch during the upcoming NRCScleaning project.
