    Purposes of the Study


    A study of ability in English listening and speaking skill of hotel staff at Sheraton Pattaya Resort. This study aims to examine the problems and difficulties of English listening and speaking skill in the organization.

    Statement of the problems Scope of study


    This study was designed using a questionnaire. There are 30 people who work at Sheraton Pattaya Resort answering the questionnaire.

    The questionnaires were divided into 3 parts; the first part was personal information, the second part was the ability in English usage and the third part was how to improve their skills. These questionnaires were distributed to staff in Sheraton Pattaya Resort.
