EXHIBITOR APPLICATION
Monthly on the following Saturdays: 9/12, *10/10 is jewelry bazaar, 11/7, 12/5. (Dates are subject to
change) 10:00-5:00pm. (Call 791-3940 by 2pm Fri. to verify). Please circle the date you are applying
to exhibit.

Booth Rental
$30.00 for indoor space first come basis – may be paid the day of the event (6x6 - vendor must bring own
tables, chairs and props)
$20.00 for outdoor space (10x10 -Vendors must supply canopy, tables, etc.)
Doors open at 8:00 am for vendors and locked at 6:00 pm.
Rules:
• After unloading, all vendors MUST move their vehicles to the parking area
• No refunds shall be made for inclement weather or other unforeseen situations which the sponsors has no
control. The exhibitor shall bear all risk of loss in such an instance. Event may be rescheduled if needed.
• Booths may be transferred, or sold to another vendor with approval of sponsor.
• All items must be approved by WOW-remember this is a family event!!!
• Food* and non-alcoholic drinks may be sold with prior approval. No large fryers, etc. (No cooking inside
the building and a self contained power source must be used.
Booth Payment can be made online or by check, cash or money order. Please make checks or money
orders payable to Women Outreaching Women, or WOW. Forms may be faxed to—Attn: Hidden
Treasures Bazaar at 791-3942 or call the WOW office at 791-3940.
