 Write in Slope-Intercept Form
 Get y by itself. (Solve for y)
 Graph boundary line
 Dashed line for < or >
 Solid line < or >
 Shade above or below line
 If y is greater than (>), shade above
 If y is less than (<), shade below

Exception to these steps is vertical lines (x = c)
