Onara Roberta Dias Gomes Thanksgiving Break Over the Thanksgiving break, I saw three interesting places in Washington

D.C. The first place I saw was The White House. It is the presidents house. The house is smaller than I thought, but it is very beautiful, and I could see that the back of The White House is more beautiful than the front. The second interesting place I saw was the Capitol. It is a building of United States government. The Capitol is a big building, and its architecture is fantastic. I think the Capitol is the most beautiful building that I saw. Finally, the most interesting place I saw over thanksgiving break was National World War II Memorial. It is a wonderful place. There are stones representing all the states of U.S. and two which represents Pacific and Atlantic oceans. Between these sides there is a fountain and many stars alluding all people who died during the war. Overall, having a long thanksgiving break was exciting.
