In general, my top concern as a teacher for elementary Students is to facilitate the learning of my students.

It is my duty to facilitate the learning of my students. It is my obligation to let my students behave the way they should be. I will see to it that they are also responsible in doing their duties as good students. I will try my best to discipline them for the same to learn fast and reach their goals. With regard to the English Program made by the principal, I will help my students memorize 100 English sentences and of course understand them. I will assist them in practicing memorizing these sentences regularly. On the whole, my top concern as an elementary teacher with regard to the program implemented by the principal is that I will make sure that these students can meet the expectations of the principal which is to memorize the 100 English sentences. Moreover, I will give confidence to my students and make them assertive in doing their responsibilities.
