Root cause :
Too many dross inside solder pot
The solder dross will build up & eventually it will start going up
with the solder that is pump to create the wave. When too
many dross on the surface it will accumulate at the center wire, so when
the pcb passes over the wave it will stuck.

Countermeasure

1. Do dross cleaning hourly & record in the check sheet (Appendix 1)


During cleaning MC operator must clean dross stick at center wire.
2. When dipping machine alarm trigger, PIC must immediately collect
the stuck PCBA. Stick the yellow sticker and keep inside the NG bin.
(Follow Attention Note. Appendix #2)
3. After PCBA confirmation, record the 2D code in the PCBA Stuck format.
(Appendix #3)
4. Stuck PCBA must pack in the last bin together with PCBA Stuck format.
5. Always ensure stuck sensor in ON condition. Dipping MC operator must
do two times confirmation(1st & 2nd half). Refer to Appendix #4.
6. Dipping MC operator must follow production working hour.
