    Farmers pick the fruits, vegetables, and grains from gardens and fields.

    we celebrate

    Mid-Autumn Festival
    on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar.

    In Canada and USA we celebrate

    Thanksgiving Day
    Canada 2nd Monday of October USA 4th Thursday of November

    Families meet for a big dinner.

    a grace = a short prayer to say thanks Thank Thank Thank Thank Amen! You for the world so sweet, You for the food we eat, You for the birds that sing, You, God, for everything!

    Sometimes the families play games after dinner.
