Thy drugs are quick. Thus with a kiss I die. This line is when Romeo kills himself with a poison when he thinks Juliet is dead. The dramatic irony is Juliet has taken a potion that makes her look dead, but is not actually dead and this leads to Romeo taking a potion that makes him actually dead, which leads to Juliet stabbing herself and making them both dead. Thy drugs are quick is referring to the apothecary that sold the poison and how quickly it works. Thus with a kiss I die is referring to Romeo kissing Juliet before he took the poison and strengthens their love to the audience.
