My Family History

My Family History goes a little bit back, all the way to the 1900's from the information I got. My last name "Kelly" is an Irish name. My dad's side of the family is British because they're from England and my mom's side is Canadian. I was born in Canada, British Columbia, in 2001 and I was born in the same hospital my mom was.

My Great Grandparents from my dad's side are James Kelly and Catherine ???? And they gave birth to my granddad Fredrick (Fred) Kelly in the 1930's and he died on January 4th 2014. My other Great Grandparents are William Shankland Esther Bartley who gave birth to my granny Maureen Shankland, Fred Kelly and Maureen Shankland married and gave birth to my Dad Mark Kelly in England in 1962.

My dad moved to Canada when he was 8 years old and he also had 3 brothers Damiand, Steven and David Kelly.

My Great Great Grandparents from my mom's side are Samual Higgins and Gertrude???? Who gave birth to one of my Great Grandparents John-Harold Higgins. Other Great Great Grandparents are John Miller and Kristy Dubay who gave birth to another one of my Great Grandparents Mora Miller. JohnHarold Higgins and Mora Miller gave birth to my grandpa Neil Higgins (ran away a few months after I was born). More of my great Great Grandparents are Charles Graefer and Elizabeth Fisher who gave birth to another one of my Great Grandparent Grant Williams. And even more of my Great Great Grandparents are Fred Easton and Verna Whey and they gave birth to another one of my Great Grandparents Verna Easton.

Grant Williams and Verna Easton gave birth to my Grandma Julie Williams. Neil Higgins and Julie Williams gave birth to my Mom Colleen Higgins. My dad Mark Kelly and my mom married and gave birth to ME (Andrew Kelly). My mom and dad split up in 2008 and my mom got re-married to Cory Baillie Cory had 3 children who are my 2 Brothers Aaron and Jared and my Sister Kristy.

I got more information about my mom's side than my dad's side and I can't believe how much I didn't know that there was in my family. I found a lot of people that I didn't know about doing this project.
