TEMPERATURE TEST

Purpose Verify the product reaches temperatures high enough to heat food without causing damage to packaging in a reasonable amount of time. Pass/Fail Criteria Pass: Temperature inside the lunch box reaches 90-125 o C. Lunch box is unaffected. Peak temperature reached in less than 5 minutes. Fail: Temperature inside the lunch box outside the range outlined above. Lunch box is melted or otherwise damaged. Peak temperature reached in over 5 minutes.
