Echoworx provides customers with Encrypted Mail Reader, which allows companies to push encrypted Secure
Electronic Statements right in their customer’s inbox or they can choose to be notified when a statement is avail-
able and simply link into the company’s Secure Portal.

Downloading Encrypted Mail Reader

When a user is enrolled, a system-generated email
is sent to them. The email contains information on
downloading and activating Encrypted Mail Reader.

Receiving and Opening a Secure e-Statement

Once the recipient has downloaded and installed En-
crypted Mail Reader, Secure Electronic Statements will
be sent directly to their inbox. They simply click on the
message, enter their password and the Secure Elec-
tronic Statement is appears.

Web Pick-up Portal Notification

Alternatively, the recipient may choose to receive
their Secure Electronic Statements through the web
pickup portal. When the recipient receives a notifi-
cation of a new Secure Statement, they can log in
to the web pickup portal to view it.
