I hereby acknowledge to our sincerely Mr. D. Kasun Prasanga and Dr. Harsha Abeykoon for their valuable lectures and notes, to my arents who rovided the su ort to this educational field, to the I!"# management for roviding their facilities and to my friends.

Task 3 A) Mechanical resonance is the tendency of a mechanical system to absorb more energy when the fre9uency of it oscillations matches the system:s natural fre9uency of vibration then it does at other fre9uencies. ;lectrical resonance occurs in the electrical circuit at a articular resonant fre9uency when the im edance between the in ut and out ut of the circuit is at a minimum )or when the transfer function is at ma6imum,. B)
Phasor diagrams can be used to re resent voltages and currents in A.!. circuits. #hey show not only the magnitude )si8e, of the voltage or current, but also the hase angle of it. Task 4 A) A,Mutual inductance is the conce t that the change in current in one inductor can induce a voltage in another nearby inductor. It is im ortant as the mechanism by which transformers work, but it can also cause unwanted cou ling between conductors in a circuit #he fact that a change in the current of one coil affects the current and voltage in the second coil is 9ualified in the ro erty called metal inductance.
