The UFT Teacher Center Title I Regional School Support Center (RSSC) invites you to attend our Saturdays: September 26 and October 10, 2009
Saturday Insitute Worksessions. These worksessions are designed to assist school teams in 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
developing the finalized version of the 2009-2010 Comprehensive Educational Plan (C.E.P.).
In order to accommodate participants’ travel needs, the institute will run two sessions,

School team members will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of each section of
the C.E.P., including the required Apendices. Areas will include: Target Audience

•• > Needs Assessment (Data Anaylsis) •• > NCLB identified schools In Need of Improvement that are TC sites.
•• > Annual School Goals (S.M.A.R.T. Goals) •• > Schools identified as In Need of Improvement under NCLB.
•• > Action Planning
Registration Procedures
The Institute Work Sessions will focus on assisting school teams with:
