    NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
    POSTPONEMENT OF EGM The Directors of TSL Limited (TSL) wish to advise the companys shareholders that the Extra ordinary meeting of the companys shareholders that had been scheduled for the 31st of January 2014 at 12:00 has been cancelled. Further communication regarding a new meeting date and time will be communicated to the companys shareholders at an appropriate future date. CAUTIONARY STATEMENT The Directors also wish to advise the companys shareholders that the company is engaged in discussions that may result in a transaction which may have an impact on the value of the companys shares. The proposed transaction involves the conversion of debt and trade payables owed to the company by Chemco Holdings Limited (Chemco), a 64% held subsidiary into equity. Subsequent to this transaction TSL will then make an offer to buy out the minority shareholders of Chemco through a share swap of TSL shares for Chemco shares. The Directors therefore advise shareholders to exercise caution in dealing with their shares.
