The New York City government passed and began enforcing an E-bike Ban that has been directly hurting business owners and workers lives, as well as the NYC economy. The government cannot ban E-bikes for everyone, including the elderly, delivery workers, and environmentally conscious people when a few people violate traffic rules. Our business supports the following demands: NO bike-riding on sidewalks; All bike riders should obey traffic rules; NO E-bike Ban.
