Being a nerd myself, this project was a lot of fun. The tone was meant to be mostly comical, but with
facts to back it up. To start with, I researched the history of nerds as well as the origin of the term.
After a few days of digging I found some fantastic facts and interesting numbers that translated into
a funny, shareable presentation that was very well received.

The rst project I had with Group 8A was
to help them re-brand and establish a
strong online presence.
As a digital marketing agency, I felt it
was important for the brand to have a
sleek, minimal identity and a unique and
memorable website.

The Felt Noir project was to
create an entirely new jewelry
brand, from the ground up. All in
a little under 3 months.
I was in charge of creating the
logo, branding, visual language
and website. All of which had to
maintain a consistent aesthetic
and work across multiple
mediums.

Due to the way Ecko was structured, all teams essentially had to pitch the CEO for budget increases.
It was almost as if our department (Ecommerce) was a business within a business. Presentations like
the one below, therefore, were crucial to the entire team and had to make a powerful, compelling
and simple case for whatever initiative we were looking to pursue.
