Attend the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Information Session


The Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH), in collaboration with the municipalities of Brookfield, Lyons, McCook, Riverside, and North Riverside, will host an information session on public health emergency preparedness planning. Participants will also learn how they can take action to help protect their community by becoming a member of the Cook County Medical Reserve Corps (CCMRC). This information session will be held on: Tuesday, February 18th 7:00pm- 8:30pm

What is the CCMRC A volunteer group of medical, non-medical and public health professionals that assist the Cook County Department of Public Health during a public health emergency or disaster. Reasons to Volunteer for the CCMRC Volunteering is a great way to give back to the community. Practice your skills or learn new skills by participating in training exercises, activities, or deployments. Who Should Attend the Information Session Those interested in learning more about assisting their community and suburban Cook County during a public health emergency.
