This 3 sentence summary provides the key details about the assignment:
The assignment requires students to reproduce one of four process and instrumentation diagrams matching their code letter using Procede flow-sheeting software, with the completed flow-sheet submitted as a single PowerPoint slide by the deadline of 5pm on February 20th, and clearly displaying the student's number in the lower right corner. Guidance on completing the task is provided, noting that symbols may differ from those shown and judgement should be used to best represent items, with the direction of all flows and relative sizes of items needing to be accurately depicted.

EGA102 Chemical Process Analysis and Design Assignment 1: Flow-sheet
THIS IS AN INDIVIDUAL ASSIGNMENT
THE COLLEGE HAS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR LATE SUBMISSION
The deadline for submission is 5pm Thursday 20th February.
Before you undertake this assignment, make a note of your code letter located next to your name on the final team list. Assignment You are required to reproduce one of the following process and instrumentation diagrams, i.e. the diagram which bears your code letter. Use only Procede flow-sheeting software to complete this task. Guidance You are advised to refer to BS 10628:2001, Figure B.6, and identify the location of your P&ID within the process diagram. You will find that some of the symbols you have at your disposal differ in some way from those shown below. Where symbols are not identical or available you should exercise judgement on how best to represent the item e.g. the use of a general form. There are other challenges inherent within this task which will also require your judgement. Using the sample diagram as a guide, you must endeavour to recreate this P&ID as closely as possible i.e. it must contain as many items as possible including equipment, piping, controllers etc. You may change the spacing between items as you see fit. The direction of all flows must be accurately reported. Observe the relative sizes of the items in the P&ID. Your work will be assessed at A4 scale, ensure that all features are clear. You are required to submit your final flow-sheet as a picture contained within a single Powerpoint slide (A4, landscape). You should also clearly type your student number in the lower right hand corner. Do not email your assignment as a Blackboard upload link will be provided closer to the submission deadline. Your must name your file as per your student number only e.g. 123456.pptx 1
