We sha(( not su#(et the activity of running )ducation Programs/courses of *niversity to any other third party nor a((o3 any third party to act on our #eha(f. Academics: .. We agree to imp(ement the course curricu(um approved #y ')T/*niversity. 4. We underta$e to maintain the secrecy 5 confidentia(ity of the programs, mode of instruction and its method. 6. We agree not to conduct any activity, 3hich may #e pre7udicia( to the interest of ')T/*niversity. 8. We agree to issue app(ication/prospectus to the students, accept du(y fi((ed in app(ications a(ong3ith prescri#ed fee and for3ard them to ')T for further processing. We agree to accept a(( the fees in the form of demand drafts on(y and no cash 3i(( #e accepted #y us e1cept to3ards the sa(e of prospectus. 9. We agree to provide :ua(ity service to the students 3ith no room for comp(aints. ;n case of any comp(aints ')T may ta$e suita#(e action as deemed fit and the same sha(( #e accepta#(e to us. <. We agree that ')T may transfer students enro((ed at our centre to any other centre if the services provide #y us are not found satisfactory #y ')T/*niversity. &,. We agree for any inspection to #e carried out #y the ')T/*niversity and further agree to provide a(( support and cooperation to ')T/*niversity in this regard. &&. We agree to su#mit information 3ith regard to students/ fees/ facu(ty/ attendance etc. regu(ar(y on periodica( #asis as per norms of the *niversity and as and 3hen as$ed for and re:uired #y ')T/*niversity. &2. We agree to distri#ute the study materia(/ #oo$s to the students immediate(y on receipt from ')T and sha(( not 3ithho(d the same on any ground/ prete1t 3hatsoever. We sha(( not infringe 3ith the copyrights of ')T on these #oo$s/ study materia( and sha(( not ma$e/ sa(e/ distri#ute the copies of these #oo$s/ study materia(s nor reproduce any part of the same in any form or #y any means. &-. We agree to su#mit a certificate for each semester to ')T to the effect that #oo$s have #een distri#uted to the students, theory 5 Practica( session have #een conducted as per the course curricu(um of the *niversity and a(( other support services have #een provided to the students as per the norms (aid do3n #y ')T/*niversity.

We agree to disp(ay on notice #oard prominent(y visi#(e at different p(aces at the study centres the comp(ete academic schedu(e for the #enefit and information of the students. &8. We agree to for3ard in advance the academic schedu(e a(ong3ith the name of the facu(ty on month(y #asis #y emai( to ')T. &9. We agree to maintain records/ registers/ documents as may #e prescri#ed #y ')T/*niversity from time to time and sha(( produce the same for inspection #y the officia(s of ')T/*niversity. &<. We agree to ans3er a(( comp(aints, if any re(ating to conduct of courses and other matters for3arded to us #y ')T/*niversity to the satisfaction of ')T/*niversity and sha(( a#ide #y any decision ta$en #y ')T/*niversity in this regard. 2,. We agree to disp(ay at our centre the #oard descri#ing us as the study centre of the *niversity as per the design intimated #y the ')T. Financial: 2&. We agree to accept the payment as approved #y ')T/*niversity and as mentioned in !ppendi1 ! to3ards fu(( 5 fina( payment for conducting the theory 5 practica( sessions and providing other support services to the students of the *niversity. We a(so agree for any revision, 3hich may #e done #y the ')T/*niversity in the payment terms. 22. We agree that a#ove payment 3i(( #e made to us su#7ect to deduction of T S 5 any other amount as per app(ica#(e (a3s, cost of prospectus supp(ied to us from time to time as per our re:uirements/demands and any other ad7ustment as may #e agreed #et3een ')T and us. We agree that a(( matters re(ating to income ta1, service ta1 and any other ta1es/ duties/ charges if and as app(ica#(e as per govt. We agree not to ma$e any financia( commitment on #eha(f of ')T/*niversity nor ta$e any (oans or create any other financia( (ia#i(ity #inding ')T/*niversity. 24. We agree that 3e sha(( have a(( emp(oyees 3or$ing at our centre on our pay ro((s and ')T/*niversity sha(( have no (ega( financia( or any other responsi#i(ity to3ards them. 26. We agree that 3e sha(( #e responsi#(e for payment of a(( e1penses such as sa(aries, rent, ta1, maintenance and other esta#(ishment charges re(ating to our centre and ')T/*niversity sha(( not #e responsi#(e for payment of such amounts. 28. We agree that 3e sha(( not charge any fee more that 3hat is fi1ed #y ')T/*niversity.

29. We agree that *niversity in consu(tation 3ith ')T sha(( #e the so(e authority for a(( matters re(ating to fee rea(i>ation and payment for services to study centres. Periodicity: 2<. We agree that 3e sha(( run the education programs/courses of *niversity on(y ti(( such time as authori>ed #y ')T/*niversity under the M?* signed #et3een *niversity and ')T and on(y during the va(idity of the said M?*. Modifications: -,. We agree for any modifications in the financia(/ academics/ other terms 5 conditions as agreed to #y us in this underta$ing as advised #y ')T/*niversity. Such modifications may #e done #y ')T/*niversity on their o3n or in consu(tation 3ith us. Arbitration: -&. We underta$e that in case of any dispute 3hat so ever 3e sha(( su#mit ourse(ves to the ar#itration decided #y ')T and/or *niversity at their so(e discretion in terms of !r#itration and Conci(iation !ct &<<6 and any other app(ica#(e (a3s in this regard.
