Are you interested in a Department Manager position? Then you want to apply for the School of Retail
Management. Partners will experience specific on-the-job and classroom training in management skills and

To be eligible for the SCHOOL OF RETAIL MANAGEMENT, you must:
* Demonstrate a high level of achievement in work and/or school.
* Have completed the SORM Applicant Readiness Checklist and reviewed it with your Top Store
Leader. DON'T SUBMIT IT WITH YOUR APPLICATION!
* Exhibit strong leadership skills.
* Illustrate a high level of energy through involvement in school, work, social and community
activities.
* Be committed to a career in Store Operations with H-E-B.
* Be at least 18 years of age.
* Partners on a "40" rating are not eligible to apply.
NOTE: Partners must be willing to travel up to 45 miles for training assignment or placement. Partners
must not plan any time off during training period.
