    We think that the history of the Greek flag is cool.


    The cross in the corner stands for Christianity. The nine stripes stand for the nine syllables of a Greek phrase. There has been four Greek flags over the time span of 1431-2014.

    We think that the two cities are very important.


    Athens is 159.1 sq. miles. Thessaloniki is 1,422 sq. miles. The population of the two cities combined is about 11,138,347.
