Customer Registration

1. Customer fills up a one leaf KYC form, submits any photo ID copy & 1 photograph. No copy issued to customer 2. Only Grammen Phone, Banglalink, Airtel, Citycell subscribers can open an account 3.Account is activated after 2 working days 4. Registration is needed for the recipient; sender does not necessarily need an account. If anyone does not have a DBBL mobile banking account, s/he cannot avail any service. [1]

1. Customer fills up a KYC form, submits copy National ID/Passport/Driving License/Citizenship Certificate. 1 copy issued to the customer, 1 copy for the agent and another for bKash 2. Only Robi, GP and Banglalink subscriber can open an account 3. Account is activated right away 4. An account holder can send to another account holder, an account holder can send to a non account holder, and a non account holder can also send to a non account holder. So, if anyone does not have a bKash account, s/he also can avail few services Available at Robi WICs, RSPs, BRAC Channel, Continental Courier Service Channel and other Authorized Distributors Channels all over Bangladesh.

Checking Balance 1. Citycell Customers send a blank or type "M" and send SMS to 16216 number, Banglalink Customers dial on *322# and airtel customers dial on *322# or *400# 2. Customer will find a menu in his mobile 3. Customer will press on "reply" menu and enter the serial number of "Balance" which is given on Menu 4. Customers will get USSD Flash or a call from "system" and type his PIN number as the direction 5. DBBL system will the amount of Balance into customer's mobile through SMS 6. Other Operator's customers will know about their balance by calling 16216 [1] Changing PIN

Other Operator's customers will call on 16216 and request for changing the PIN number then customer will get a IVR call for changing PIN. By this call customers can change their PIN number [1]

Sending Remittance

Customers can send remittance Not Available from any foreign branches of DBBL and "Exchange House" of any Bangladeshi Bank. Sending money will be deposit on beneficiary/remittance customers within 24-72 hours (in case of DBBL proposed "exchange House", money will be deposit witihn 24 hours) and beneficiary/remittance customers will get that news by systematic SMS. Accessibility

1. Citycell, Banglalink and Airtel subscribers can access the system. 2. Subscribers from other operators can open account but cant access the System. They can use (Check balance, statement & PIN change) only by calling helpline 3. Citycell subscribers access system by sending a blank SMS, get an IVR prompt for further action 4. Banglalink and Airtel subscribers can access through USSD

1. Robi and GP subscribers can access the system 2. Registered users access directly through USSD by dialing *247# 3. Subscribers from other operators cannot open account
