    The following misprints in the paper need to be corrected:     page page page page 293, 294, 302, 302, Eq. (9). Add the Laplace variable s before + in the numerator. Eq. (12). Denominator in Rule T3 should be ~ s0 T0 s 1, i.e., s0 should be replaced by T0 . Table 6. The heading of column 2 should be Kc k (and not Kc k 0 ). Table 6, The heading of column 3 should be KI k h (and not KI sI =h).
