I would like to have somewhat of an orientation on the topic at the beginning of every school year explaining the importance and the types of bullying that can occur. By explaining that it will not be tolerated in any form and the importance that I will place on the subject will show that I mean business. The types of policies I would practice with my students would extend from my PE gym to the hall ways and school grounds and even in this new age that out of school bullying by social media or cyber would also be frowned upon by myself and fellow staff members. By explaining the different types of bullying early on the students will be given their first verbal warning right from the start and I will ensure that they know it is their first warning as a class. If any incidents would ensue during the year I would handle each case individually and in accordance with school district rules. tudents will know that bullying in person nor via the internet will be allowed.

I would be very upset and mad if any of my children were the recipient of any bullying or cruel jokes. There is no place for it in a school atmosphere and would also "uestion where were the staff or faculty in the event that something would have occurred. I would think that I am going to be somewhat old fashioned and strict with my children% I guess were are passed the days of spankings% so I would have to find new ways of punishment for my children. tarting early on with their raising% respect in the house hold and amongst others will be highly regarded. If I found that my child was bullying I would certainly take action and guarantee the other parent and student that it will not happen again% even if I have to attend class with my child for a few hours a day as punishment to them.

I like to think I was raised well% not spoiled but not dirt poor either. &espect was a very important ideal in our home% at a point in my early teenage years I did have the typical teenager attitude but I never really acted out on it besides the typical back talk. o having a good up bringing I was not really ever involved in any major bullying or being the target of bullying besides the usual all in good fun horse play type stuff. Even though I did not have the fancy clothes or newest shoes I fit in well and mingle with most cli"ues in school and gave and received friendly respect from most that I could recall.
