Seek out others you perceive to be at a higher level of consciousness than you are. Talk to them, ask questions, an en!oy their presence. "llow their i eas an awareness to infect you, an you#ll fin yourself e$pan ing in all irections. %ou#ll become more honest, more courageous, more compassionate, an so on. &ut spen time with people at a lower level of consciousness, an you#ll gra ually sink to their level. Their thoughts will infect you as well, causing you to become more ishonest, more fearful, more apathetic, etc. Strive to fin a balance between spen ing time with those who raise your consciousness vs. spen ing time with those you can help. 'earn from those who are a little more conscious, an help those who are a little less conscious than you. (n this manner you serve the highest goo of all, e$pan ing consciousness everywhere.
