1. Focus on Digital Literacy


Training on how to use the Internet is critical to closing the digital gap. Teachers should give short lessons to students on how to use the Internet effectively.

E.g. download songs, watch video, visit webpage to seek information

2. Provide computers
Schools should be equipped with infrastructure that allows students to learn the technology. E.g. computers, printer, Internet coverage Teachers can bring the issue to Parent-Teacher Association to raise funding for the project

3. ICT in Learning
Teacher should demonstrate the usefulness of digital media in teaching. E.g. the use of video from YouTube as set induction, online interactive games and search of images.

Students then realise the use of digital media and willing to learn.
