4 Eggs 1.5 cups of milk 3 tablespoons of melted butter 1\2 cup self raising flour 1.5 cups of grated cheese 2 cups filling of choice
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheaht oven to 180 2. Whisk together in a bowl, eggs, milk, butter and flour. 3. Fold in cheese and fillings 4. Pour into a 24cm quiche container or muffin tins 5. Bake for 40 minutes. 6. Serve hot with vegetables or cold with Salad
