For future reference, I wanted to summarize for everyone our agreed-upon outcomes from the meeting: 1. Mrs. Harris agreed to change Ajalon's seating in class to put some distance between him and the students he perceives are agitating him. 2. Administrators agreed to serve as support networks for Ajalon if he gets upset and needs to just blow off some steam. 3. Ajalon agrees to comply with reasonable requests to avoid being cited for insubordination. He also understands that insubordination results in OSS. 4. Ajalon agrees to use his separate setting modifications regularly, especially in Mrs. Harris' class. Again, thank you all.
