It is important to note that, prior to the change to the BM3 route, ridership declined 11% in June 2009, compared to June 2008. Nonetheless, we are currently exploring several options to help mitigate any customer inconvenience that resulted from rerouting the BM3. This includes the possibility of an earlier BMG trip that would match the start time of BMG service. Please also note that our next opportunity to implement a new schedule would be in January, 2010, after we develop any necessary schedule changes and the operators pick their runs. ‘Thank you for your letter.
