Schooling children with disabilities


As all other children, disabled child is subject to mandatory school.
The disabled child or teenager should be submitted as a priority in the school closest to his home, or if the child requires instruction adapted to his disability, he may be enrolled in a specialized school unit.

Organizing examinations for disabled pupils shall be designed such as to maintain equality of opportunity

Right to culture
State must ensure childs access to culture and participation in cultural activities
National initiatives free access to museums grants for cultural associations

Arts and cultural education


Art and cultural education is not limited to art. Artistic education means formation aquired in school
Law of 23 April 2005 for guidance and propagation the future of school set up a High Council of the artistic and cultural education
