Use this Body Measurements/Weight Tracker to track your monthly weight and fitness progress (U.S. units). For the first month, enter the data in Column C as your baseline and enter your height where indicated in cell B24 to calculate Body Mass Index (BMI).

Each month thereafter, click the button labeled, "Click here to input new monthly data" and enter new weight and measurement data. Totals will be automatically updated and calculated against the previous month and against the first month.
If you have macros disabled and choose not to use the button to input new monthly data, you can manually insert new data as follows: 1. Select the column entitled, "Month Loss." 2. Choose Columns from the Insert menu. 3. Use current date or enter the date that applies to the new data in the 4th row of the new column. 4. Enter new weight and measurement data in rows 5 through 15 of the new column. 5. Create new total formulas for the new column from rows 19 through 24.
