Number: Kite Counting

The children put the hearts on the tail of the kite of the number on the kite.

Number: Valentine Heart Counting

The counting goes from 1-9 there are hearts on the numbers and then the children put the number of hearts it represents.

Comparing And Ordering: Pattern Card

I would use counting bears for the pattern but you could use anything that has those colors.

Comparing and Ordering: Comparing seeds

I used corn and 3 different measuring cups. Then the children can compare which one has the most, or the least, then can compare the 3 different measuring cups.

Classification and Sorting: Sorting Hard and Soft

The children would sort between the hard and soft objects, or they are classifying them between hard and soft.

The children can sort the foam pieces by color.

Shape and Form: Craft Stick Shapes

Craft Stick Shapes, the children can make the shapes, the craft sticks have the name of the shape, what the shape should look like and the number of sides the shape has.

Shape and Form: Shape Wheel

The shape wheel, the children take the clothespin that has the shape on it and pin it on to the wheel that the shape matches.
