1.) Register a business name at the DTI. 2.) Register with the barangay to obtain barangay clearance. 3.) Register your business at the Mayors office to obtain a business permit. 4.) Register your business in the BIR.

Involves developing an organizational structure and allocating human resources to ensure the accomplishment of objectives. Establishing staff in productive working environment. (Hiring, Employment) Involves how best to design individual jobs to most effectively use human resources. Assigning responsibilities to staff, and delegating authority.
