Lake View Garden and Resort, owned by Dr. Peter Chan (doctor of General Medicine), is located at Brgy. Lahong, Sitio Pawa, Bulan, Sorsogon. It took 2 years to construct this 8,000 sq. meters land that started on the year 2003 and got finished on April 2005. This resort started operating way back on 2010 for private consumption. It has a three private rooms, a family size swimming pool, a big cottage and a tennis court. This resort really started from the owners dream when he is just beginning his profession. And after how many years in service, he harvested the fruit of his hard work, and one of this is the bringing into existence the realization of his dream and having fun with it. Dr. Chan was a nature lover and his resort was an evident proof of this. He personally conceptualize the plan of this resort , from its private rooms and its interiors, up to its landscapes and he even put some of his pets there like different breed of dogs and type of birds. Even though he hired a landscape artist, it was still his suggestion that flourish. He is not just a doctor but a naturally born artist. One of the owners purpose in privatizing this resort is so that it could not be too much exposed and be over used. He is not really after the profit but for his own self satisfaction in enjoying the fulfillment of his dream. It was truly a success to achieve a dream but it would be better if you are enjoying it
