Family Day 2014 2015

Last February 2, 2014, the UST Highschool community celebrates the yearly Family Day held at the Plaza Mayor. All of the students with their family gathered at the school as early as 6:00 am especially the grade 7 students because its their first time to celebrate the family day as thomasian students. It was a colorful celebration. Every year level wears their respective colored t shirt with their families. It started with a parade wherein all year levels were designated to their respectice locations inside the University. To make the parade look more lively, all year levels have their props and representatives for their parade. It was a good show for the parents of each student and other members of the community. A Mass was followed after the parade celebrated by Rev. Fr Louie R. Coronel, O.P who was presently the UST Highschool Regent. The opening remarks was lead by the President of the Ust Highshool Parents Association which is Atty. Aguilar. Lots of games and prizes were given to the participants and lucky winners. Most of the time, majority of the students played an outdoor games at the Lovers lane simply because they enjoyed the company of each other.This celebration was a successful event because many people participated and enjoyed this celebration.The overall celebration is excellent and we hope for another memorable and enjoyable Family Day next year.
