The Gastronomy is the estudy of the relationship between culture an food.

The French Academy wich inveted the word Gastronomy for the firts time in 1835.

Hot cuisine, cold cuisine, pastry, etc. The molecular cuisine es a new.

I chose gastronomy because I enjoy cooking.

My expectative is work in other countries.
