Summary of article about Living with gout Usually, a person with gout, have a symptoms like pain, swelling

and inflammation in the joints. Accumulation of uric acid is also causes a symptom, big toe, knee and ankle. The factors of gout are increased uric acid production and reduced excretion in the urine and intestine. To survive, a patient can take allopurinol to reduce uric acid production, probenecid and benzbromarone to increase uric acid excretion. This ways of medication can causes such as allergic rash and diarrhoe but they are safe for a long-term. Besides, the patient of this disease can take colchicine as a relieving of pain and inflammation. The patient must take it immediately when there is an attack to terminate it and to decrease the amount of medicine to take to reduce inflammation. But, using colchicines in high-dosage can bring diarrhoe. Lastly, everyone have to know about gout for prevention, like saying goes, prevent is better than secure.

Summary of article about A guide to good personal hygiene All people must practice a good personal hygiene. Firstly, a person must have a bathe regularly by wash body and hair. This is to forbid from skin cake up and being illness. Trim a nails is another way of good hygiene. This healthy habit can prevent problems like hang nails and infected nail beds. Next, brush teeth twice a day to minimize the accumulation of bacteria in mouth that will bring tooth decay and gum diseases. Flossing daily, helps maintain strong and healthy gum. To practice a good hygiene, always washing hand before and after doing something to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses. Besides, having an enough sleep that are 8 until 10 hours at night, can refreshing body and ready to take on the day. The lack of sleep is not good that can cause diseases. So, practicing a good hygiene is very important in daily life. (150 words)

Firstly, I would like to give a lot of thank you to my respective lecturer of English Language Proficiency 2, Miss Hajah Noriza bt Othman, for the all information about the coursework. Besides, I also would like to thanks to all my friends for their Many things that I had learned by did this coursework. First, I had learned about how to find a main point in the article or text. In this coursework, I have to do a summary from the articles that I had chosen. Before I write a summary, I have read all about the article. After that, I try to find main point that suitable the title of article. After doing this, I became more able to master this skill than before. This skill is very important and useful to use when I have to study for the examination. All the contents in the book are not an important point, so, using this skill can helps me to study effectively. Another new thing that I had learned is a way to create a graphic organizer or mind map. Before, Im not very expert to do the things like this. To finish this coursework, I try to learn it with my friend. Finally, I have many ideas to create an interesting graphic organizer. This skill also can be use when I have to do a revision. By doing revision with graphic organizer can helps me to memorize things easily and not take a long time. Besides, by doing this coursework has improved my pronunciation. To do a summary, I have to know about the story of article. So, I have to read the article to collect information. While reading an article, I try to check my pronunciation of the words with my friend that more expert in English than me. If there are difficult words to pronounce, I have asked my friend about it. Then, I try to pronounce it right. So, it is very important to me to learn this because I do not know if one day, when I became a teacher, I must teach English maybe because at the school there are not enough an

English teacher. If I do not pronounce the words with a right pronunciation, I will be shame and cannot teach English very well. In secondary school, I have learn how to do a summary since form one. But, I do not master it very well until now. While doing this coursework, sometimes I feel it is very hard task. To solve my problem, I ask my friend to teach me an easy way to do summary. She has teach me to do summary with replace a word with it synonym word, try to use another simple sentence that has a same meaning with the sentence in article and another tips that are very useful. I have followed her tips and finally I can finish a summary successfully. Other than that, I also had improved my grammar in English. While read an article, I try to analysis about the grammar that used in the articles. I have asked my friend if there are confusions about grammar in the articles. I feel that my grammar is better than before. Before doing this coursework, I did not like to learn about grammar because I find it really difficult to understand so with that thinking view, Im not master in English grammar very well. But, after try analyzing grammar on the articles and learn it with friends, I really enjoy learning grammar and finally I have much knowledge about grammar. Moreover, I have learned about the words that I had never heard. So, my vocabulary in English becomes more and more. With a lot of vocabulary can helps me to write an interesting essay in English with bombastic words. It also helps me to improve my speaking skill. So, I will not be shame to my friends to talk in English with them. Beside that, I have chosen the articles from newspaper and internet. The themes that I choose for the articles are lifestyle and technology. From the articles about the diseases that usually old people faced, gout, I had known more about it. As I had knew about it, so I can take a prevention way to make sure I will not faced a same disease during my older time. I also learned about a good personal hygiene. I can take the ways on the article as my habit to keep myself being a clean person. Technology article also helps me to know more about invention in our world today. Im not have an enough time

to watch TV or documentaries about technology, so, by doing this coursework, at least I have a chance to know about it. In a nutshell, there are many benefits that I have learned from this coursework. All the things that I have learned will be very useful things to use when I became a teacher in the future.
